This multi-stage solar installation project is designed to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability across a large site in Queensland.
Stage 1 saw the successful installation of a 39.6kW solar system on a new building, featuring 90 DAS 440W bifacial double glass panels and two Sungrow SG15RT inverters, ensuring high performance and compliance with AS4777-2:2020 standards.
Stage 2 involves the removal of the existing solar system and infrastructure, replacing it with a new 79.2kW system consisting of 180 DAS 440W panels and two powerful Sungrow 30kW inverters.
Stage 3 focuses on integrating all the solar systems on-site including other existing systems, creating a seamless and efficient energy network. Additionally, the GPU (Grid Protection Unit) is being relocated to the MSB (Main Switchboard) for compliance reasons and improved system management. With new PV distribution boards installed to ensure compliance and functionality.
With edge protection and scissor lifts ensuring a safe installation process, this large-scale upgrade will significantly boost renewable energy generation, reduce operational costs, and future-proof the site with smart solar infrastructure.
